10.1 Engineering Drawings and Concepts (AALL1001) Standard drawing sheets, dimensions, scale, line diagrams, orthographic/isometric projection, pictorial/sectional views.

10.2 Engineering Economics (AALL1002) Project cash flow, discount rate, interest, time value of money. Analysis methods: Discounted Payback Period, NPV, IRR, MARR. Alternative comparison, depreciation, Nepal’s taxation system.

10.3 Project Planning and Scheduling (AALL1003) Project classification, life cycle phases, planning process. Scheduling: bar charts, CPM, PERT. Resource leveling/smoothing, monitoring/evaluation/controlling.

10.4 Project Management (AALL1004) Information systems, risk analysis/management, project financing, tender process, contract management.

10.5 Engineering Professional Practice (AALL1005) Environment/society, professional ethics, regulatory environment, contemporary engineering issues, occupational health/safety, Nepal Engineers Association (NEA) roles/responsibilities.

10.6 Engineering Regulatory Body (AALL1006) Nepal Engineering Council (Acts & Regulations).
